Introduction:
Gas stove comprehensive performance test system, develops and designs by adopting imported sensors, flow meters and domestic high quality components and advanced software system test technology. In full compliance with EN30 1 - 1,GB / T30720-2014, GB16410-2007, GB16411-2008. Mainly used for test for minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for domestic gas cooking appliances such as burning gas field thermal performance, flue gas composition and temperature and thermal radiation. With an automatic stirrer, and easy to install and operate.
Features:
Gas On/Off controlled by solenoid valve.
Using high-precision test components for collecting all test data, displaying through the system man-machine interface, and the readings are reliable, accurate, convenient and intuitive.
Applicable for detection of desktop, embedded stove, embedded stove mounting hole adjustable.
Using computer control system the parameters during the test process: water temperature, gas consumption, gas temperature, gas pressure, ambient temperature, atmospheric pressure, flue gas temperature and so on, automatic collection and automatically calculate the heat load, thermal efficiency.

Software automatically generates a test database, easy to query and record.
System configuration and flue gas composition analyzer, thermal radiation collector to match the communication interface, then smoke composition, thermal radiation correlation and other relative parameters saved in the data management system, the combustion efficiency of the stove can be systematically analyzed. (this system aan be connected with the flue gas composition analyzer, thermal radiation collection device, at customers’ option).
Automatic mixing device to test the mix the testing water in the pot to achieve the uniformity of water temperature.
Test stand with adjustable air inlet, in order to adjust the combustion air when detecting the embedded stove.
Configuring a variety of smoke sampling fixture and thermal radiation sampling fixture, which applicable for a variety of test pot (optional)
