 The test equipment is designed and manufactured according to the standard requirements of 
 IEC60898-1 clause 9.1, 9.8, 9.9 and 9.10, IEC60947-1 clause 7.2.1 and etc. 
 It is made to verify that the circuit-breaker complies with the requirements, which apply 1.13 times, 1.45 times, and 2.55 times the rated current to test to see if it trips within the specified time. The test equipment can also test the instantaneous tripping characteristics of the circuit breaker, that is, apply 3 to 20 times the rated current for the test whether it jumps out of the time. Also meets standard 28-day test requirements. 
   
 It is suitable for online testing of molded case circuit breakers and miniature circuit breakers before leaving the factory. It is a necessary equipment for electrical performance testing of circuit breaker manufacturers.

 Equipment characteristics:

The equipment is reasonably designed and used with the advantages of convenience, simple operation, reliable performance and beautiful appearance. 
   
 According to the delayed tripping of standard IEC60898-1 clause 9.10.2.1 or 9.10.2.2, the three chambers in SN2501-3C can be tested independently at the same time. According to the instantaneous test of IEC60898-1 clause 9.10.3.2-9.10.3.4, it can only be tested in chamber 1. 
   
   
 Chamber 1, Chamber 2, and Chamber 3 are independent and can be freely combined for testing. 
 Note: The delay and instant of box 1 cannot be tested at the same time. 
 Chamber 1 instantaneous trip test and 28-day test cannot be performed at the same time. 
   
 Temperature rise and 28-day test procedure compatibility 
   
   
 The temperature rise test and the 28-day test are compatible with each other to and can be performed simultaneously within each chamber and also can be performed independently in different chambers. 
 Testing can be carried out both simultaneously and at different times relative to other cameras chambers. 
 In different chambers can be carried out simultaneously and independently different types of tests from those provided. 
 Each chamber is equipped with a heating device, with a temperature control range of RT+5~50°C, so that the model samples in the chamber can be used at normal ambient temperatures, and includes a three-way ambient temperature monitoring function. 
 The software must allow the execution of any test program to be terminated at any time without having to wait for the standard procedure to complete, retaining the results obtained at the time of termination. 
   
 Test principle: 
 This test equipment adopts the principle of low voltage and high current output, uses the large current in the machine to isolate the output current of the transformer, sets the current size through the touch screen, and the constant current source adjusts the size of the output current of the transformer, which has the function of automatically stabilizing the current.
