This ceramic material fushine spirit pressure test machine meets the requirements of IEC 60335-1 clause 22.32. It is use to determine if ceramic material is tightly sintered.
This test machine includes the test container, pressure boosting device and explosion-proof chamber with observation window, the whole operation is easy and safe.

Test Principle:
The ceramic material is broken into pieces that are immersed in a solution containing 1 g of fuchsine in each 100 g of methylated spirit. The solution is maintained at a pressure not less than 15 MPa for a period so that the product of the test duration in hours and the test pressure in megapascals is approximately 180.
