This device is intended to test the impact resistance to shell, operating arm, handle, knob, indicator lights and shades of electrical appliance for household or similar purpose, to verify the safety performance and strength of the product.
Its design and manufactured according to the test requirements of IEC 60068-2-63, IEC 60068-2-75. Can be widely used in many industrials and many standards of IEC 60335-1, IEC 60598-1, IEC 60950, and IEC 60065.
1. The impact hammer is composed of three parts:
A. Shell. Includes housing, impact element guide and release mechanism, and parts fixed on these parts.
B. Impact element. Including the hammer, hammer tail and firing handle.
C. Release cone.
2. Working principle
The hammer generate impact energy by the mass and movement of impact element. When pulling the operating handle, release claw stop at the impact element release point, the hammer spring is pressed, when the compression quantity is different, the spring will release the different energy. For multi energy impact hammer, rotate the end cover to select corresponding impact energy. The impact energy was calibrated on calibration facility before delivery.
