Application:

It is suitable for the aging test in the oxygen and compressed air to the wire and cable, rubber (plastic, leather) insulation and sheathing, as well as other polymer materials under the action of a predetermined pressure and temperature.

Wires, cables, rubber (plastic, leather) insulation layer and sheath, as well as other polymer materials.

 

Features:

The test device is composed of stainless steel tank container, electrical control cabinet.

1. The tank consists of outside enclosure, insulation layer, heater, temperature aluminum cover, stainless steel pressure tank, the sample tray, automatic overpressure protection devices and other components.

2. The electrical control cabinet mainly consists of outside cabinet, power distribution box and gas distribution chassis.

Test conditions:

1. The materials which have different substantially compositions should not be tested simultaneously.

2. The sample should not contact the tank wall, and the samples should not contact each other.

3. The sample volume should be less than 1/10 of the tank’s effective volume.

4. Oxygen should be no less than 97% purity industrial oxygen, air should be no oil, non-moist (The air compressor is supplied by the user).
