Product introduction :

This device is suitable for breaking capacity and normal operation life test of switches intended for self ballasted lamp loads. Switches intended for self ballasted lamp (SBL) loads shall withstand, without excessive wear or other harmful effect, the electrical and thermal stresses occurring when controlling self ballasted lamp circuits. To verify whether the switch has sustained arcing nor welding of the contacts occur, any contacts adhesion phenomenon or long term closure or disconnection phenomenon, to test whether excessive wear or other harmful consequences.

This system is designed and manufactured according to the standard of IEC60669-1:2017 clause 19.3 and IEC60669-2-1:2015 clause 19.109. It is a fully automatic test system based on the test readability of a switch with a rated voltage of 250V, including an intelligent industrial control system (built-in oscilloscope), a switch endurance tester, and a self-ballasted lamp load box. (The switch with rated voltage of 130V needs to be separately configured with self-ballasted lamp load box)

 

Product feature :

1. The system consists of an intelligent industrial control system, a switch endurance tester, and a self-ballasted lamp load box. Among them, the switch life tester and the self-ballasted lamp load box can be used separately.

2. The intelligent industrial control system is mainly for IEC60669-1:2017 clause 19.3, built-in oscilloscope, when the LED light switch is turned on, it can collect the voltage, current, current peak value Ipeak and integral value I2t of this circuit, and can output current waveform. And through system calculation, compared with the standard data, make a qualified or unqualified judgment.

3. The switch life tester consists of three independent linear mechanisms and an electric control system. It can used to test the making and braking capacity of the linear switch (button, rocker, ship type, toggle) and normal operation test. The machine is driven by servo motor and controlled by PLC. It can set the test times, test speed, ‘on’ period(25+5 0%) ‘off’ period (750 -5%)time and test stroke. With load connection port, different test loads can be connected as needed, such as tungsten filament lamp load, externally ballasted lamp load, TV load, inductive load, capacitive load, motor load and so on.

4. The self ballasted load lox has been preset with standard load conditions before shipment. As long as the test voltage is adjusted to 250V~, the operator presses the switch button with the same rated current as the switch to be tested, and its rated power, impulse waveform, Ipeak and I2t meet the corresponding requirements of the standard. The whole machine has 3 channels, only for switches with a rated voltage of 250V, of which two channels are 250W (IEC60669-1: 2017 clause 19.3), and the other channel is 400W (IEC60669-2-1: 2015 clause 19.109). This self ballasted load lox has calibration mode and calibration dedicated port, built-in 90 degree closing plate, connected with industrial control system, can output waveform, Ipeak current value and I2t energy value, fully meet the standard calibration requirements for equipment.
