It consists of a Ф0.9mm needle-shaped burner that tilts with the angel of 45°and provide it with specific butane gas to ignite the specimen, then obeserve whether the specimen is ignited, the burning time and combustion length, thus to evaluate the dangerous of the small flame ignition which is caused by fault conditions inside the equipment.
