This battery forced internal short-circuit tester is an integral testing equipment to performance a comprehensive test for temperature, voltage, internal-short circuit, which is applicable for Lithium-ion battery cell safety test that complied with the Japan Industrial standard & relevant clause such as JISC 8714:2007 5.5 & IEC 62133-2012.8.3.9.

  4. Designed with automatic shutdown, cold starting and hot start in power-cut condition.

  5. Exhaust System: The top side of test chamber is designed with air hole and force air blower to expel exhausted gas

  6. Pressure balance and testing cable port: on chamber side with diameter 50mm cable port, available for connect cables and balance the pressure.

8. The open side of the test back door using hinge and another side using magnetic flexible door, thus, performs an efficient safety protection. When the back door closed and surrounding sealed to go against the air leakage; when there is an explosion inside of test chamber, the high pressure gas generated and shock the door and open it to protect other system as well as against hurt or damage;
       
9. Alerting and alarming system works after test completed;

 

10. Built-in displacement sensor: magnetic displacement sensor is installed on the cylinder, not affected by temperature ,wind speed, vibration, impact factors, having high precision, strong anti-interference ability
    11. Complies with national standard and requirement for electrical safety;

12. Protective Design for operator against the mechanical harms. The crush tester will cut off when test chamber door opened; the test chamber will power up and perform test after the close again;

13 .Designed with emergency stop button in case of emergency circumstances;

15. Machine protective pressure setting function is introduced to protect test chamber if over pressured;
