Environmental Testing 2J Stainless Steel Vertical Impact Test Apparatusr IEC60068-2-75
The vertical impact hammer test apparatus is designed and manufactured according to the standard requirement of the IEC60068-2-75 Test Ehc.
it is used to test the enclosure mechanical strength of the household and similar electrical appliances.
|Impact height ||0~1000mm|
|Way of releasing||By manual|
|Hammer material||Stainless steel|
|Standard||IEC60068-2-75 Test Ehc|
The hammer consists basically of a striking element which falls freely from rest through a vertical height (0~1000mm), selected from following table, on to the specimen surface held in a horizontal plane. The fall of the striking element (2J) shall be along a guideway, for example a tube, with negligible braking. This guideway shall not rest on the specimen and the striking element shall be free of the guideway on striking the specimen.
Table-Height of fall:
Height of fall
The height of fall shall be as giver in above table, the equivalent mass stated therein being equal to the actual mass of the striking element.
A proper hammer is chose according to the related standard requirement. Place the sample on the bottom of the conduit and adjust the height of the conduit the height is measured by the ruler) Next, put the hammer on the top of the conduit and press the release button. Thus the impact hammer falls down and hit the sample.
